Some years ago I wrote a story, or rather a story happened, as they sometimes do when you’re very lucky. Years later, a very dear friend, William Gibson expressed an interest in creating a video for this story. I supplied a few clips of young folks with their families’ gracious permission and some footage from here in San Francisco. When I visited the Gibsons at their home in France, we recorded my voice reading the story through. Next, William shot some gorgeous footage in France and composed some beautiful guitar music to accompany the reading. I am overjoyed with the result and humbled by William’s vision and the care that went into creating this little movie. Please take a moment. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I have.
